Tullimbar Village

About This Project

In 2005 SBD was engaged to prepare the development application and constructions plans for Tullimbar Village. The initial 30 homes were designed and documented in conjunction with Steve Thorne, the project Architect, and a select group of architects who provided the conceptual design for the homes. SBD then prepared development application plans from the concepts working with the builder, architects and developer to ensure the homes were able to be built within a budget and using the construction techniques and materials readily available to the project housing industry. This had to be achieved while maintaining the unique vision for Tullimbar Village.
