About This Project

Completed in 2014 this major renovation was featured in the Illawarra Mercury and set the record for the highest sale price for a single residence in the suburb at the time it was sold. The original 3 bedroom brick cottage was transformed in to a modern family home with large open plan living room with raked ceilings and a full height glass wall letting northern light into the main living area.
